Perhaps the most popular quote from Joseph Pilates was this: “In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you’ll be on your way to having a whole new body.”
Pilates Sports Center, in Los Angeles, California, decided to put a ‘regular Joe’ to the test and track his progress to see if Joseph’s claim could indeed be true. Let’s take a look:
(Oh my….can that body really change in only 30 sessions? I guess we’ll see. Even if it doesn’t, we get to look at his hottie trainer for 7 episodes 😉 )

Okay, I have to admit, I would rather have watched the hottie trainer doing the jump board for 3 1/2 minutes, but I think they got their point across – PILATES IS DEFINITELY A CARDIO WORKOUT!!!!
