Similar to pilates, Booty Barre is a work-out that increases flexibility and tones muscles without adding bulk; however, un-like pilates, Booty Barre is a high energy fitness experience that will keep you moving for a solid 60 minutes. The good news: you don’t need to don a tutu to try this ballet-inspired barre workout.

Booty Barre is described as a combination of cardio, ballet, yoga and pilates. It’s a great mix of upper and lower body work that uses a variety of props (a ballet bar, a Bosu balance ball, a playground ball, or a mat and hand weights, to name a few possibilities)
